What is an short stay apartment?

A short stay apartment is a fully serviced apartment with the service you know from an hotel.

Does my apartment have internet acces?

Yes, you have unlimited access to the internet in your apartment. Due to our WIFI points, you will have a strong connection everywhere in your apartment up to 100 MB per second.

Is a minimum or maximum stay required?

We have 2 apartments that are especially suited for long stay and require a minimum stay of 2 months. All our other apartments don't require minimum or maximum stay.

What is included in the price?

Included in the price are the use of utilities and internet and television. It is also possible to make use of our breakfast service in our hotel, this service will cost €12,50 per day.

I have made a request, how long will it take to get an response?

You will receive a response within a day.

What are the payment options to book an apartment

A reservation can be paid with credit card or bank transfer. We always ask to pay 1 month in advance.

How do i know if my reservation is confirmed?

If your reservation is confirmed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail, all the details of your reservation are stated.

Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation after confirmation?

Depending on the booking conditions it is possible to change or cancel your booking. We use 2 different rates, the first rate is the non-refundable rate, with this rate it is not possible to cancel or change your booking once the booking is confirmed. The second rate is our standard rate, with this rate it is possible to change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival.

How often does my apartment get cleaned?

All of our apartments are cleaned once a week. Including this cleaning is a change of towels and bed linen.

Is are a deposit requierd?

No, for a stay of 14 nights and longer we do not require a deposit.

Hoe weet ik wat ik moet doen in geval van nood?

In de appartementen vind u een sheet met alle benodigde informatie over het appartment maar ook wat te doen in geval van nood.

Waar kan ik inchecken?

De check in vindt plaats in het hotel. Tijdens deze check in leggen we u alles uit en kunt u nog eventuele vragen stellen.

Kan ik roken in mijn appartement?

Roken en drugs zijn beiden ten strengste verboden in het appartement. Enkele appartementen beschikken over een balkon hier heeft u de gelegenheid om te roken.

Met wie moet ik contact opnemen als ik tijdens mijn verblijf vragen heb?

De receptie is open van 7:00 - 22.30 en bereikbaar voor al uw vragen tijdens uw verblijf. Ook snachts verblijft er een werknemer in het hotel die bereikbaar is in geval van nood.
